2. CAD File Confidentiality & Protection

Your designs are your intellectual property. Any 3D model files (.STL, .STEP, .OBJ, etc.) submitted to NexoNozzle3D via our print estimator links, Google Forms, or WhatsApp are treated with absolute confidentiality.

• We only use your files to analyze print specs, calculate print duration, and manufacture your physical items.
• We do not sell, distribute, or share your proprietary design files with any third party.
• Upon order completion and receipt, all CAD files are permanently purged from our active printing queues and local storage systems within 30 days unless you request otherwise.

3. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver our custom manufacturing services:

• Contact Information: Name, WhatsApp phone number, email address, and delivery/shipping address in India.
• Order Data: Print parameters (selected filament type, part weight, infill percentage, color, quantity) and transaction details.
• Technical Logs: Anonymous browser activity, viewport size, and referral sources to optimize performance.
