1. Service Scope

NexoNozzle3D provides custom on-demand Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing and rapid manufacturing services. By submitting an order request, uploading CAD files, or confirming a quote, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Price Estimation and Quotations

Estimates generated by the online Cost Estimator on this site are indicative, weight-based calculations. They do not represent a binding financial invoice.

Our engineering team will conduct a manual review of all submitted designs to verify support structures requirements, slicing density, wall thickness constraints, and print setup. A final binding invoice quote will be shared via WhatsApp or email for client approval before printing begins.

3. Tolerance and Quality Standards

Our standard manufacturing tolerances for FDM prints are ±0.2% of dimensions (with a minimum bounds of ±0.15mm). If your model requires tighter industrial interlocks or specific heat inserts alignments, you must specify these requirements during the initial manual quote consultation.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

We deliver custom printed parts all across India using priority courier services. Average lead times are 1 to 5 business days for manufacturing, plus courier transit times.

Due to the fully customized nature of 3D printed parts, all orders are final. Returns or refunds are only authorized if parts arrive with structural shipping damage or severe manufacturing anomalies that fail to match the approved blueprint specs.
